Hours of Operation
The ticket office is located in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Football game day office hours:
The main ticket office in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum will open 6 hours prior to kick-off. All gates and Amon Carter Stadium ticket offices will open 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Basketball game day office hours:
The ticket office will be open normal business hours for a weekday game and close at the beginning of the second half. The main ticket office in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum will open 60 minutes prior to tip-off for weekend games.

Baseball game day office hours:
The ticket office will be open normal business hours for a weekday game. The Lupton Baseball Stadium ticket office will open 60 minutes prior to first pitch for weekend games.

Shipping and Will Call Information
All ticket orders placed seven (7) or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call. All orders placed less than seven (7) business days to the game will automatically be placed in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. The ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off will call that cannot be found.

Will Call tickets may be picked up prior to the game at the main ticket office in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum during normal business hours. For football, Will Call tickets may be claimed at the main ticket office located in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. For men and women's basketball, Will Call tickets may be claimed at the main ticket office located in Daniel-Mayer Coliseum. For baseball, Will Call tickets may be claimed 60 minutes prior to first pitch at Lupton Stadium

Group Tickets
TCU offers special discounts for groups of 20 or more. If you are part of a company, organization, church or other large group, we invite you to join us for a fun group outing at one of our home games.

To receive tickets by mail, orders must be placed at least seven (7) business days prior to the game. Orders placed after the seven day deadline may be picked up at Will Call with a photo ID on or before the day of the game.

Tickets for Infants/Children
Everyone age three (3) years and older must have a ticket. Any child two (2) and under must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the TCU Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Payment
The TCU Athletics Ticket Office accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks made payable to TCU Athletics will also be accepted. Cash is accepted for walk-up sales at the ticket office. All orders will have a processing fee assessed. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

Checks will not be taken as form of payment during the event.

Prohibited Actions and Items
The following actions and items are prohibited inside any TCU Athletic Stadium/Coliseum and are causes for removal and no refunds:

TCU reserves the right to remove any object from spectators if deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Football Parking
All lots adjacent to Amon Carter Stadium are available on a season basis only! Limited space is available. For more information, please call the Frog Club at 817-257-7700.

Handicap parking is available in Lot 7 for $10 on game day. Space is limited to first-come, first-served. Handicap hang-tags must match the owner of the vehicle.

Parking is available at the TCU Baseball Stadium (Lupton Stadium), Soccer Stadium and Tennis Center-$10

Parking available on the east side of campus-FREE

Parking and shuttle service available to stadium from Paschal High School and The Sandage Lot-FREE

(Shuttle service begins two (2) hours prior to game time and runs continuously for 45 minutes after the end of the game. Paschal High School is located at 3001 Forest Park Blvd off Berry Street. The Sandage Lot is located at 2500 West Berry.)

The following policies are in place for the parking lots

  • No kegs will be allowed in parking lots. Personal containers only, no glass please.
  • No alcohol allowed in Lot 5 or student section of Lot 3.
  • The drinking age in Texas is 21. Please observe all local and state laws.
  • Fire extinguishers (ABC) or a bucket of water MUST accompany any BBQ or pit. Dump stations are available in Lots 1 and 3 for coals and/or ashes.
  • Please place all trash into trash receptacles and help keep our stadium clean.
  • One parking pass, one parking spot. Please tailgate behind your vehicle and keep tailgating items adjacent to front or rear of your vehicle. Tailgating or gathering is not permitted in fire lanes or in the road way.
  • Violations will be cited by FWPD or TCUPD. TABC rules govern all alcohol usage.

    Banners and Signs
    All signs to be held by spectators must be no larger than 3 feet tall by 3 feet wide. All banners and signs that are to be hung must not be larger than 3 feet tall and 8 feet long. Any spectators wishing to hang banners should do so with rope, twine or plastic ties. No taping permitted. No signs or banners can obstruct the view of other spectators.

    Please contact our facilities manager Ross Bailey for the hanging of banners.

    Lost/Destroyed Tickets
    All tickets should be treated like cash. The TCU Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost.

    As a service to our season ticket holders, duplicates may be obtained by contacting the TCU ticket office located in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. A $10 fee must be paid for the third set of season ticket duplicates as well as any thereafter. Duplicates will only be issued for reserved season tickets and requested the week of the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

    Refund Policy
    No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes.
