RETURNING ONLINE CUSTOMERS

1. Go to the Georgia Tech official website at www.ramblinwreck.com/tickets.
2. Click on RENEW SEASON TICKETS.
3. Enter your customer number or email address, the password used when previously activating your account and click “SIGN IN” button. (If you do not remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” option and your password will be emailed to you. Make sure that you enable all emails from tickets@athletics.gatech.edu and check your junk mail folder if you do not receive the reminder password.)
4. Your application(s) for renewal will be listed. Click on appropriate application and proceed with renewal of season tickets.
5. After submitting your renewal and payment, you will see a confirmation screen indicating the successful completion of your order.
6. If you followed the steps above and did not get the final confirmation screen, please contact the Georgia Tech Ticket Office at 1-888-TECH-TIX or email us at tickets@athletics.gatech.edu to check on the status of your order.

FIRST TIME ONLINE USERS

1. Go to the Georgia Tech official website at www.ramblinwreck.com/tickets.
2. Click on RENEW SEASON TICKETS.
3. Click on “REGISTER NOW”.
4. Enter your customer number and PIN (you can find near your name and mailing address on your renewal application).
5. Register your account by entering your email address and a password you’ll remember. Please complete the registration form in its entirety.
Click the “NEXT STEP” button to submit your registration, verify your account on the next screen and click “Yes” if information is correct.
6. Your application(s) for renewal will be listed. Click on appropriate application and proceed with renewal of season tickets.
7. After submitting your renewal and payment, you will see a confirmation screen indicating the successful completion of your order.
8. If you followed the steps above and did not get the final confirmation screen, please contact the Georgia Tech Ticket Office at 1-888-TECH-TIX or email us at tickets@athletics.gatech.edu to check on the status of your order.
